Take your athletic performance to the next level with our Next Level Performance Camp, designed for serious athletes looking to refine their skills. With expert coaching across sprints, jumps, throws, endurance, and strength training, this camp offers high-level training in Pole Vault, Hammer Throw, Triple Jump, Long Jump, High Jump, Javelin, Discus, Shot Put, Sprinting, 4x100m, Sprint Conditioning, and Olympic Lifting. Learn from Earl Herbert, a renowned coach who has guided athletes to the Olympics, and Jake Norris, an Olympic athlete coaching Hammer Throw and delivering an exclusive talk. Each day is carefully structured, leading up to a competition day to put your training to the test. Spots are limited—secure yours today!

What can you expect?

Each day will cover a different discipline focusing on one area of athletics. The days will run from 9am - 3pm with extended hours, a snack break and lunch break! Heres a look at what each day will cover!

What is the age range for the camps?

Athletic Camp: 5 - 13 ( 5 - 10 during Week 2 - [April 07th - 11th] )

Next Level (Performance Camp): 11 - 16 

What events do they cover?

Normal Athletic camp: Long Jump, Sprinting, Middle-Long Distance, Triple Jump, High Jump, Discus, Shot Put, Javelin, Relays

Next Level (Performance Camp): Pole vault, Hammer Throw, Triple Jump, Sprinting, Middle-Long Distance, Long Jump, High Jump, Javelin, Discus, Shot Put, 4 x 100m, Sprint Conditioning & Olympic Lifting

What's the early and late?

Our extended hours at 8 am (£8) - 5 pm (£10) for parents who need the extra time. During these hours athletes will play multisport activities and games including but not limited to athletics, ball sports and board games.

Who are the coaches?

Event Specialist Coaches + Speakers: 

Earl Herbert - Sprint coach who has taken Alex to the Olympics, specialises in 400m sprints

Jake Norris - Olympic hammer thrower who has thrown for Great Britain

John and Shireen - Head coaches of Windsor Elite, a middle-long distance group.

Abraham - Pole Vault Coach and athlete

Judy - a Sports Psychologist, will give a talk about psychology in athletic and mental preparation.

What's the price of camps?

Normal Athletic Camp: £145 (£116 Week 3 as it is only 4 days)

Next Level : Performance Camp £219 (£20 off until the 28th so £199)

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes for all camps. They get a 10 % discount but this only works for weekly bookings!

Is there leniency for ages in the camps?

Athletes will need to be 11 - 16 to join a performance camp. During week 2, a normal athletic camp will only accept 5 - 10 year olds.
